If you’re pregnant, this is the perfect opportunity for you to affirm, strengthen, support and restore.

  • Our opening circle will give you an opportunity to connect with other pregnant women (and me!) and to be inspired by our collective stories, as well as express your experience of pregnancy so far.
  • Our pranayama (yogic breathing practices) will assist in balancing your emotions and increase your energy reserves.
  • The asanas (flowing yoga postures) will enable you to move intuitively as you are lovingly guided to create space in the body, lighten any heaviness and strengthen the body in preparation for childbirth.
  • The use of mudras (healing hand gestures) will bring about a state of stillness and peace in the mind.
  • Through mantra (cosmic sound), you and your baby will be immersed in sacred sound vibrations.
  • Visualisation will enable you to connect with your baby and your higher Self.
  • Yoga nidra (deep relaxation/yogic ‘sleep’) offers a powerful relaxation technique to assist in healing and awaken higher awareness.
  • Our closing meditation provides the opportunity to experience peace from within and tune into your infinite potential.
  • Full course includes yogic Guide to Postpartum Care.
  • Yoga mats, blocks and straps provided. Please bring a cushion and a shawl or blanket.

If you’ve had your baby, then this is ideal to support you in healing after the birth.

  • Our opening circle will give you an opportunity to connect with other mothers (including me!) and to be inspired by our collective stories, as well as express your experience of after the birth so far.
  • Our pranayama (yogic breathing practices) will assist in balancing your emotions and increase your energy reserves.
  • The asanas (flowing yoga postures) will enable you to move intuitively as you are lovingly guided to gently strengthen your body, in particular to regain pelvic floor integrity, increase abdominal stability and release the lower back.
  • The use of mudras (healing hand gestures) will bring about a state of stillness and peace in the mind.
  • Through the use of mantra (cosmic sound), you (and your baby if you bring her/him) will be immersed in sacred sound vibrations.
  • Yoga nidra (deep relaxation/yogic ‘sleep’) offers a powerful relaxation technique to assist in healing and awaken higher awareness.
  • Our closing meditation provides the opportunity to experience peace from within and tune into your infinite potential.
  • Please note, whilst our babies are honoured, this series is not the same as a mums and bubs class, the focus of the class will be on supporting, strengthening and restoring you.
